First impression is the last impression. In applying for a job your Resume is the first impression to the employer. · Keep in mind purpose of your Resume
Most of people write their resumes as their purpose is to get a job through this document. Unfortunately they fail in recruiting process due to a long and boring resume. Everyone should make his resume with the purpose to land an interview not the job, and perhaps your interview will land you the job.

· Write your major strengths and qualities
Many people write their resumes very detailed that looks like boring to employer and hence no response (means failing of applicant in screening). So, before writing a resume, list down your all qualities and strengths and write them with real life facts and experiences and works.

· Use Right Keywords
Right resume with the right words with write strength to the right employer will definitely work. We must know modern life recruiting process of most companies. Today most of the companies in the world are looking for suitable candidates through online databases that works with their right keywords that they want to have in candidates. So while writing keywords you must use right keywords in order to get interview call soon.

· Use attractive resume title
You believe or not it is fact employers usually make decisions about your resume in 5 seconds. Under this time period your resume’s title is the most important part of your resume. Write your title as descriptive as possible, write in detail. It shouldn’t be in a single word. Write in such a way that quickly attracts your employer

Wrong Title: Accounting
Good title:    Management of record keeping, Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payable.

· Examine your resume before posting to employer
A single mistake can be harmful in your resume.  Mistypes, literal or vague fault in resumes could reduce the chances of getting hired. Examine you resume 3-5 times before sending to employer. Examine the effectiveness and accuracy of your resume and try to concise if boring found.

· Use Bullets in writing resume
Employers are very much busy persons; they don’t have any time to read long paragraphs in your resume. Use bullets and numbering for highlight your major educational background, experience and professional career and objectives.

· What’s your objective?
Your resume plays a role of communicator to the employer. try to highlight your professionalism in a short way that could help your employer in understanding your objectives that where are you going and how you want to arrive there. So, be careful in conveying your most important message in to your employer in this way.

· Be aware of Style
Your font should be Arial or Times New Roman. Size should be 11 in smaller and highest with 12. Please be aware that not to use CAPITAL letters overall in your resume.

· Significant important should be First written
In every section of your resume, write most important information as first. For example while describing your experience section, write your most previous work experience at the top. It will quickly get attention of your employer.

· Explain your Skills in brief
Don’t convey your thoughts that you can do something for his company, this wont work at employer side. Try to explain your skills and abilities in connection with your specific work experience and achievements with facts and figures.

· Write Achievement rather Responsibilities
Writing a large number of your previous responsibilities is a boring paragraph for employer to read. Employer only needs to know your major achievement and experience. So, try to write achievements rather list of responsibilities.

· Avoid Pictures
Unless your employer specifically requested picture on resume, avoid it attaching with your resume.
  
· Be positive avoid negativity
Do not write anything that might sound negative in the eyes of your employer. For examples do not include your hating people in previous company or worst happenings. Be in positive, try to convey your message to your employer that might convey a positive response.

· Avoid Reference Requests
Many of people like to include statements like Reference will be provided upon request” or “Available for interview”. Avoid these things in your resume unless if requested. Do not use such statements of no kidding phrases.

· Sell your fish
Remember that you are going to sell yourself to your employer so, your have to make yourself as a shining product among other offers and here you go. Your marketing in resume is your content, design, style and your delivery method.

· Irrelevant information should be avoided
Do not include any irrelevant information in your resumes such as religion, politically relationship or sexual preferences because these won’t work here. These could be harmful for you even in getting job interview.

· Resume Pages
Experts and employer said that resume could be of one or two pages, but shorter the resume is the better one in attracting employer. Try to write your resume as shorter as possible. Try to use actions words and concise you resume.
